Oleksii graduated from Kyiv Politechnic Institute and worked there as a senior teacher. In 2013-14, he visited Georgia Institute of Technology, USA within the Fulbright program. In 2014, he co-founded the Ukrainian online platform for Massive Open Online Courses – Prometheus. Starting from 2014, he’s working at the UCU as a lecturer and academic program director of the MSci in Data Science
