Elena is a data scientist with a broad range of experience in the use of data science. She studied applied mathematics at university and then spent several years working in both banking and then the automotive industry. Her particular areas of interest cover three aspects of this rapidly evolving field, machine learning, predictive analytics and time-series analytics. At CloudMade she has been involved in designing algorithms to enhance the degree of personalization each user experiences, worked on routing and also created ‘Smart City’ concepts.
